Stir fried chicken with morel mushroom and bell-peppers


We are cooking morel mushroom, one of the popular mushrooms in united states with chicken and bell peppers and the taste is out of the world.

Number of Servings: 2



Boneless chicken breast/thigh: 12 oz 
Morel Mushrooms: 6 oz
Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange): 1 Cup
Iodized Salt: 1 tsp or as per taste
Garlic: 5 - 6 cloves
Unsalted butter:  1 tbsp
Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
White or black pepper: 1 tsp
Green onions: 1 oz



  1. Soak the Morel mushrooms in water and salt for half an hour. Then clean properly with water and drain all the excess water

  2. Make thin strips from chicken breast/thigh and keep it aside

  3. Finely chop garlic

  4. Finely chop green onion

  5. Make the thin strips of bell peppers

  6. Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp. of butter. Let it melt and add chopped garlic and saute for 1 min on medium flame

  7. Add the chicken pieces and saute for 1 min on medium flame

  8. Add salt and pepper according to your taste

  9. Then saute 3 - 4 mins on medium flame

  10. Add the bell pepper and saute with the chicken for another 2-3 mins on medium flame

  11. Add the morel mushroom and saute for another 2-3 mins on medium flame

  12. Add the chopped spring onion and mix it well with the above mixture. saute for 1 min on medium flame

  13. Finally, add lemon juice and mix well


Serve hot!!
