INGREDIENTS


Black pepper: 1
Salt: 1 tsp or as per taste
Fresh cilantro: 20 gms
Fresh spinach: 2 cups
Any cooking oil: 1 tbsp
Garlic: 2 - 3 cloves
Tilapia filet: 8 oz

Unsalted butter: 1 tbsp
Water: 1 cup

 

DIRECTIONS

 

1. Crush garlic
2. Heat the pan and add oil
3. Once the oil hot add tilapia fillet
4. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the fillet
5. Cook 1 min each from both side on medium flame and keep aside
6. In the leftover oil, add the crushed garlic cloves and cook for a min
7. Add spinach and mix it well, keep flame on medium
8. Add cilantro and the cook the greens for 2 mins
9. Then make a paste of the mixture with 1 cup of water
10. Now add the tilapia in the pan and pour the puree on top of it. Let it boil. Then cook on a medium flame for 5 mins. Add 1 tbsp of butter to get a creamy texture.
